Welcome to the Jot Chrome Extension ("Extension"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Extension provided by Jot, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By installing, accessing, or using the Extension, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1.1 License: Non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal or commercial use.
1.2 Permitted Use: Capture screenshots of web pages for lawful purposes.
1.3 Prohibited Use:
2.1 Ownership: You retain all rights to screenshots or content you create.
2.2 Responsibility: You're solely responsible for ensuring legality.
2.3 Storage & Sharing: We are not responsible for content once it leaves the Extension.
3.1 Data Collection: We collect limited analytics or error data. No personal info unless you provide it.
3.2 Permissions: We use Chrome permissions only as needed for functionality.
4.1 Our IP: All code/designs are owned by Jot, LLC and protected by law.
4.2 Feedback: You grant us a royalty-free license to use suggestions or feedback.
5.1 As-Is: The Extension is provided without warranties of any kind.
5.2 Liability Cap: Max liability limited to $100.
5.3 Third Parties: We’re not responsible for services we integrate with.
6.1 By You: You may uninstall at any time.
6.2 By Us: We may terminate your access for any reason, including Terms violations.
We may update these Terms. Continued use means acceptance of changes.
8.1 Law: Governed by Kansas law.
8.2 Arbitration: Disputes resolved in Pittsburg, KS. No class actions allowed.
